Efficiency from start to finish

The part was ordered and I was kept informed. The repair in fact was carried out one day earlier than originally scheduled. The engineer was prompt and efficient.

Pleasant and competent engineer got the job done !

Only one job was done out of the two I paid for.

The first engineer visit was cancelled, unfortunately nobody thought to tell us this. Eight days later, the engineer called in advance, turned up when he said he would and did a first class job of fixing our cooker. He was also a very pleasant man. It would have been 5 stars had it not been for the messing around with the original appointment.
