Efficiency from start to finish

The part was ordered and I was kept informed. The repair in fact was carried out one day earlier than originally scheduled. The engineer was prompt and efficient.

The first engineer visit was cancelled, unfortunately nobody thought to tell us this. Eight days later, the engineer called in advance, turned up when he said he would and did a first class job of fixing our cooker. He was also a very pleasant man. It would have been 5 stars had it not been for the messing around with the original appointment.

Repair are responded quickly to my call, and offered to help at a fair price. The engineer who came only took 10 minutes to repair the broken element on the cooker and was both efficient and polite. Will bear them in mind for the future.
