REISS Tracking Order Status

Gute Produkte aber schlechter (Retouren)Service. Bei meiner ersten Bestellung war alles super. Das Kleid hatte eine tolle Qualität und ich habe es behalten. Bei meiner zweiten Bestellung musste ich leider retournieren. Es war extrem schwierig, ein Retourenlabel zu bekommen. Per E-Mail wurde erst eine Woche später geantwortet. Per Chat dauerte es auch relativ lange. Ich kann nicht 1 Stunde im Chat bleiben, um ein Retouren Label zu bekommen. Ich würde mir wünschen, wenigstens nach 1 Woche eine Bestätigung meiner Rücksendung zu bekommen.

Wow I really don't recognise a lot of these reviews! Have ordered from Reiss a bunch of times, clothes come so fast (you can pick the exact date you want to be in) and are great. Returns was so easy and fast. I really don't know what else you could want. It is a shame other people don't seem to be having the same experience but I thought I'd leave mine. Very happy

Recently had an issue with a dress I purchased in May. Due to the poor weather this year I didn't wear it until July. When I washed it (strictly according to the label instructions) the material started to disintegrate. I wrote to Reiss providing full details, not expecting them to be able to do much due to the timing, but they did. They were brilliant and got in touch straight away and offered a full refund. They paid for the postage to return the dress and the money dropped back in my cc account shortly afterwards. No fuss no questions. I thought this was excellent customer service and will be looking to spend my refund back in Reiss. Thank you Reiss customer services.

I've been shopping at Reiss for years, but lately, the brand has taken a nosedive in quality. They used to offer clothes made from great natural fabrics like cotton, wool, and linen, which felt good and lasted long. Now, it's mostly cheap polyblends or straight-up polyester, and it’s disappointing. The worst part? The prices haven't dropped. If anything, they're charging even more for what feels like lower-quality stuff. It's frustrating to pay premium prices for clothes that don't breathe well and wear out quickly. I’ve noticed that after just a few washes, some items already look worn out, which wasn’t the case before. It's not just the materials that have gone downhill. The overall craftsmanship seems lacking too. The stitching and fit aren't as precise, making it hard to justify the high cost. It's like they’ve focused more on cutting costs than maintaining the quality that made them popular in the first place. Next buying them was the worse thing to happen to this brand. Reiss isn’t delivering the quality it once did, yet they still expect customers to pay top dollar. If you’re looking for durable, well-made clothes, it’s worth looking elsewhere until they figure things out. For now, it's just not worth the money.
