REISS – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Wow I really don't recognise a lot of these reviews! Have ordered from Reiss a bunch of times, clothes come so fast (you can pick the exact date you want to be in) and are great. Returns was so easy and fast. I really don't know what else you could want. It is a shame other people don't seem to be having the same experience but I thought I'd leave mine. Very happy

Recently had an issue with a dress I purchased in May. Due to the poor weather this year I didn't wear it until July. When I washed it (strictly according to the label instructions) the material started to disintegrate. I wrote to Reiss providing full details, not expecting them to be able to do much due to the timing, but they did. They were brilliant and got in touch straight away and offered a full refund. They paid for the postage to return the dress and the money dropped back in my cc account shortly afterwards. No fuss no questions. I thought this was excellent customer service and will be looking to spend my refund back in Reiss. Thank you Reiss customer services.

I was visiting the UK searching for an outfit for a wedding! I bought a beautiful dress in Reiss, Richmond. The team could not have been more helpful and I thank them very much for that. Sadly upon returning home to France and trying the dress on again - I realised that this really wasn't for me!! I called the store about an hour ago to see how we could resolve my problem. Frida the store manager could not have been more helpful and put my mind at ease. It's complicated due to my circumstances but she has gone out of her way to help me and my sister will return it to an alternative store and I will receive a full refund. Frida thank you so much - but also the team in this store! They care and want to help meet your needs and requests. I highly recommend this branch. A very pleasant shopping experience

Just wanted to acknowledge the customer service team at reiss and especially Harriet .. had an issue with poor delivery service and Harriet has followed up my complaint and dealt with it in a manner I’m totally satisfied with .. so just wanted to say thank you and appreciate the service you gave to rectify an initial problem ( and a poor review ) so it’s only right to give them a gd review here
