Register.com Tracking Order Status

I've been having issues with my wife's e-mail, and lately it stopped working. Even copying the settings from my computer didn't work. I called support today and I had a wonderful tech who asked the right questions and said I know what the problem is, this is the solution. I rarely say it, but he got 10 points in my book. He explained the solution, and her e-mail started working. What a relief I solved the issue in one call, and it wasn't a long call.

I've been a register.com customer for over 12 years and every time I call customer service I get to speak with experienced, helpful and professional agent, I don't have to wait too long to speak to someone. I always get this resolved immediately.

After a history of difficulty in past years communicating with support reps at this provider, and where it took a long time to resolve product and finance mysteries and discrepancies, I had a terrific experience in solving a server certificate issue, and upgrading the mail product I was using, with all the correct pricing and pro rata credits. Not only did the representative speak clear english, all communication was clear, articulate, and completely to the point. The trend is indeed this provider's friend!

Be wary. Auto-renew did not work due to a glitch on Register.com's end. Not only did I have to pay a $30 re-instatement fee, but they would not refund it or the extra services that I canceled.
