I called support today and I had a wonderful tech who asked the right questions and said I know what the problem is, this is the solution. I rarely say it, but he got 10 points in my book. He explained the solution, and her e-mail started working. What a relief I solved the issue in one call, and it wasn't a long call.

After a history of difficulty in past years communicating with support reps at this provider, and where it took a long time to resolve product and finance mysteries and discrepancies, I had a terrific experience in solving a server certificate issue, and upgrading the mail product I was using, with all the correct pricing and pro rata credits. Not only did the representative speak clear english, all communication was clear, articulate, and completely to the point. The trend is indeed this provider's friend!
