So far--they seem very efficient,all relevant information is easy to access,the official forms are straightforward to fill in and the one mistake -made by me-was quickly and cheerfully rectified.-

I phoned your company to ask to hold a holiday on the last day of the recent sale. The reason was due to a medical query that needed to be resolved. Lyn was very helpful and held the holiday for a few days until we were able to confirm our booking. We appreciate her help.
