So far--they seem very efficient,all relevant information is easy to access,the official forms are straightforward to fill in and the one mistake -made by me-was quickly and cheerfully rectified.-

I phoned your company to ask to hold a holiday on the last day of the recent sale. The reason was due to a medical query that needed to be resolved. Lyn was very helpful and held the holiday for a few days until we were able to confirm our booking. We appreciate her help.

Making the booking was reasonably straightforward in the end, but not until I'd been given wrong information when making a first attempt. This involved redeeming a voucher on which the the adviser gave me duff information.
