Rack Room Shoes Tracking Order Status

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes during their BOGO 50% off. I made my payment and was like that's great deal. The email confirming my order did not reflect the 50% off. I didn't think anything at the time, now a week later they can't find my order. Customer service online was no help they just said call another number. Do not buy from them online. I've wasted so much of my time trying to fix this.

Ordered a pair of shoes and they arrived with a security tag on them. Sending them back but the customer service was NOT good! They won't send the replacement ones until I send in the first pair. Also, I had to use my own box for sending it back bc it was mailed to me in a non-resusable plastic packing bag. Lame!

I made my first online purchase, for store pickup, of two pairs of slides(Nike Benassi JDI, Adidas Adilette sizes 11) right before the hurricane in Florida, and my order was ready the next day. I called the store to tell them that I’ll pick up my order after the storm, and they told me that they would hold my items for as long as I needed them to. Great price, and great customer service
