Qatar Airways Tracking Order Status

The amazing experience with Qatar Airways. I travelled to the UK from Nigeria en route from Qatar to the United Kingdom. The journey was memorable. I recently travelled back home for an urgent assignment through another airline, and now I appreciate the service they rendered on my first trip. I wish Qatar Airways the best as they keep the comfort, ambience, and non-stop entertainment service that make the journey seamless. You are the best Bird flying that I know for now, please keep it up.

It's a normal airline, but the support service is zero. I flew to Doha in May, I forgot my tablet in the back of my chair. Wrote in support. They found the tablet and promised to send it to me on the next possible flight. A week later, they stopped responding, more than a month has passed, except for automatic answers - no reaction👎

Tried to ask Qatar Airline to prove a small additional baggage allowance free of charge for upcoming school trip UK to Nepal so the students could take out some charity aid (books & school equipment) to donate to community project they are helping with in Nepal. Been passed around using web chat & on line contact form & Twitter. No one seems willing or able to make a decision, contacted their team by phone as advised by online, but difficult to understand the agent and upshot is no, they will not provide free extra allowance even to help out for charity. But happy enough to try an sell extra baggage! I find it very disappointing that a prestigious business such as Qatar are unwilling to assist a small school party carry charity aid to help benefit those less fortunate in Nepal very sad that the charity donations will not be able to reach those who need it. This is my first time using Qatar as flights arranged by third party trip organiser. But it will be my last time using Qatar.

When checking in for return flight check n lady did not advise that my daughters Thai passport would not be accepted by passport control as expired during our stay but she has a valid uk passport. Also charged me £76 for 1 kg excess baggage. Passport control refused my daughter exit from Thailand as we had to renew this passport therefore lost the flights. No refund for excessive baggage even though bags removed from flight which we had to wait 4 hours for in bkk airport. No help from quatar airline at all re changing flight at a reduced fee as too near departure time!!! Ended up paying another £1500 for return flights with ethihad. Do not use Quatar!!!

Some staff were really great. Some weren't. The self check in process is pointless, you need to queue after you've checked in anyway, it's quicker to not bother. Planes are comfortable enough but they make you pay to choose seats now and it's not cheap.
