Great care & consideration I was shown When parking at QPark parking in Chelmsford. Wayne was extremely helpful & made my experience parking at Chelmsford. Great experience. 4 days parking at QPark. Wayne is extremely knowledgable about Town. I would honestly say Wayne goes above & beyond to help. Thank u Wayne for helping me. Shazzi ( as Wayne would say U car’t park there)

I prepaid for a space, arrived 20 minutes early than expected, and left 2:20hrs earlier than paid for. I was still charged an overstay fee. Won't be using q-park again.

I use the Chelmsford site three days per week the staff are very friendly and helpful . It is always clean and fresh. As a female traveller it's comforting to know that in the early hours the staff patrol the floors. It is by far the best car park I have used

The cat that the attendant - SUT - spent a great deal of time and effort in successfully open my car which had somehow become jammed, and then managed to get the battery charged. He also lent me his mobile phone ( mine not charging ) to call Renault Assist ( RAC) and my wife. Throughout, he was friendly and calm, and is an exemplary ambassador for your organisation. My grateful thanks to him !
