Great care & consideration I was shown When parking at QPark parking in Chelmsford. Wayne was extremely helpful & made my experience parking at Chelmsford. Great experience. 4 days parking at QPark. I use the Chelmsford site three days per week the staff are very friendly and helpful . It is always clean and fresh. As a female traveller it's comforting to know that in the early hours the staff patrol the floors. It is by far the best car park I have used

The cat that the attendant - SUT - spent a great deal of time and effort in successfully open my car which had somehow become jammed, and then managed to get the battery charged. He also lent me his mobile phone ( mine not charging ) to call Renault Assist ( RAC) and my wife. Throughout, he was friendly and calm, and is an exemplary ambassador for your organisation. My grateful thanks to him !

We arrived early for our pre booked parking at Leicester Square. Your marshall Tokunbo was extremely helpful by sorting out our parking issue. I would suggest employee of the month.
