Purely Pets Insurance Tracking Order Status

Applied on line, could not get through on phone, had a joint pet plan, policy came through for 1 pet but not the other one, so have had to email you to get it sorted, which you say will take 3 to 5 working days, 😳

My only concern was that I couldn't access the portal and then I had to wait a LONG time on hold to speak to someone.

Did not like the way the quote Increased as I tried to complete the transaction

Cannot even access my quote when I log into my account. Not a good start.

After previously giving one star, Purley pets has now settled, still don't understand why it took so long, anyway very happy with the outcome,who knows might insure with them again.
