Purely Pets Insurance – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

My only concern was that I couldn't access the portal and then I had to wait a LONG time on hold to speak to someone.

After previously giving one star, Purley pets has now settled, still don't understand why it took so long, anyway very happy with the outcome,who knows might insure with them again.

Nice and easy process. Very reasonable monthly fee.

It was very easy to talk to your helper; however, I have two niggles:- 1. He'd not heard of the portal through which I'd accessed you - Edenred - via my work, which offers discounts, and the price I paid was slightly more than the offer through that portal - and 2. You don't offer a discount for extra pets. You should. It's a good selling point, even a 10% deduction is an incentive to insure with you. However, on balance, I do consider this a reasonable enough price and probably good value for money. I hope that I never need you, but if I do I trust that you will look after my pets as well as I am expecting.
