Pullman Hotels Tracking Order Status

Novotel BangNa Bangkok. Happy to recomment the hotel to others, nice and helpfull staff, not the best location, but close to the BTS SkyTrain. I'll revisit when I'll come back next time. Thomas Stephensen Denmark.

I am writing this review in response to some of the negative reviews I have seen on TRUSTPILOT... Either I have been extremely fortunate which I doubt, anyway I wis to place on record the OUTSTANDING service I have received on more than one occasion in your Atlantic hotel overlooking the Liver building and Ferry terminals by the Mersey... I am always allocated a 'good' room and yes the place doesn't look over appealing from the outside but I find the staff without exception EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL and in the main HELPFUL... Of course everyone has different tastes and it is quite clear it is not 5 star but at the prices usually available it shouldn't be judged as such... If indeed I have been very fortunate please excuse the fact that I DO NOT AGREE with the negative comments I feel harsh... I do travel quite extensively for pleasure these days and it always is my pleasure to stay there... My daughter and a good friend have both also had that pleasure and they agree... Thanks ALAN

Mercure Paignton Modern clean hotel with nice rooms. However, breakfast and evening food service a bit Basil Faulty. I am gluten free and pre checked with the hotel about this and was re-assured it would be fine. However, no gluten free bread or cereals available for breakfast so I went out and bought my own supplies - spoke to staff about and they said they would get some in but it never happened so it turned to a shambles, so just got my own. No separate gluten free evening menu just a regular one roughly hand marked with a green highlighter pen and limited choice at that. Also the menu had no calories information on it which I thought was now a legal requirement. Organisation and layout of the breakfast food service poor with a lot of walking backward and forward to get your self service food sorted out. Frequently running out of things too.

Night manager unhelpful. We had to climb up to the 3rd floor from the 1st floor with heavy suitcases. No lift available. No offer of help despite one of the group being slightly disabled. Night manager grumpy. Had not received notification of the change in access for after hours despite having contacted them to say that we would be arriving late. Original instructions for after hours key access didn't work as kiosk broken. Morning manager SO different. Helpful, pleasant. Went up and helped with the luggage. Room adequate for 1 night.Still wouldn't go there again.
