Pullman Hotels – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Novotel BangNa Bangkok. Happy to recomment the hotel to others, nice and helpfull staff, not the best location, but close to the BTS SkyTrain. I'll revisit when I'll come back next time. Thomas Stephensen Denmark.

I am writing this review in response to some of the negative reviews I have seen on TRUSTPILOT... Either I have been extremely fortunate which I doubt, anyway I wis to place on record the OUTSTANDING service I have received on more than one occasion in your Atlantic hotel overlooking the Liver building and Ferry terminals by the Mersey... I am always allocated a 'good' room and yes the place doesn't look over appealing from the outside but I find the staff without exception EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL and in the main HELPFUL... Of course everyone has different tastes and it is quite clear it is not 5 star but at the prices usually available it shouldn't be judged as such... If indeed I have been very fortunate please excuse the fact that I DO NOT AGREE with the negative comments I feel harsh... I do travel quite extensively for pleasure these days and it always is my pleasure to stay there... My daughter and a good friend have both also had that pleasure and they agree... Thanks ALAN

Sehr einfache Zimmerwahl und Buchung, gute Bedienerführung.

Cela fait presque 20 ans que j’utilise Ibis, Mercure et Novotel, en Europe et Étranger et je les ai toujours noté 8 à 10/10. Mais cette fois que je les aurais mal noté, j’ai pas reçu de demande de donner !!! Car je pense que j’ai dormis dans le pire Ibis du Monde 🫣 Ibis Style Gloucester Road à Londres : 1) Chambre accessible qu’à partir de 15:00 (Horaires normal Hôtel Accor 12:00). Quand ont arrive en avion fatigué et que l’ont a envie d’une douche c’est pas normal (il m’ont dit que pour un bakshish de GBP.15.- je pouvais accéder à la chambre à 12:00). 2) Réception Hôtel pas encore fini (en travaux). 3) Chambre minuscule… ou la porte de la salle de bain ne s’ouvre pas complètement.. Ibis Style Gloucester Road Londres est à mon avis inférieure à un Ibis Budget, niveau idem à un Formule 1. Vérifier tous mes autres avis. Cordialement Andrew Carte Accord No 3081031068628289
