Great Unit, smooth contracts, and everything. But the business practice of setting a low price to get people in the door and all the heavy furniture, etc. moved in, and then out of nowhere (with only a few weeks notice) increasing it by 25% only 3 months after moving in is despicable. They know they've got you by the short & curlies, since the price & hassle to move your stuff somewhere else is too high and you'll just pay it. :(
