I recently rented a unit at the Belton, MO. location. The rep there was Josh and he was SO helpful! Since I had never rented a unit (that I can recollect) in my life, there was a lot of details to go over and he was very patient with me, answered all my questions and concerns, and was friendly and respectful to boot! The property is nice and clean and Josh seems to take pride in this property as I have seen him on every trip I have made over there. I would definitely recommend this location. Sandy B.
