Prolon FMD Tracking Order Status

Manuel was so helpful. I had some questions about my cleanse. He was so patient with answering all my questions and making sure that the items I had were well within the expiration date. The customer service was above and beyond my expectations. I am looking forward to starting my cleanse. I haven't even started it yet and it's already been a great experience! Thanks again Manuel!!

Might as well call this PROLONG! Did the five day mimic fast, lost more than 15 pounds and still cranking along. Will def be doing this three times a year!

The diet is not bad but it is so expensive for what you get, especially in Canada.

Ordered 29th Dec in order to begin fasting before returning to work. Was promised delivery within 24-48hrs. Several emails reassuring me from " Customer Care Team" with vague and non specific drivel, saying how it's being 'looked into" even though it's clear the product is being shipped from outside UK, or else I would have had it on any of the 4 working days since I placed order. No tracking, and looks like 'shipping department' is probably the Customer Care Team working from their kitchen in Italy or heavens knows where. Really disappointed, and I am still waiting on a refund which I have asked for twice now. Horrendous customer care. In all likelihood the products are an over priced convenience, with little nutritional value- but I will not know as I have no physical products to review!!

Literally the worst customer service ever. Not only did they ship everything late, but one part of it came weeks after everything else. And they never let me know it would be late. No communication. When I complained, they offered me a small discount on my next order (a smaller discount then they are constantly offering anyone who wants to order). In other words, they did nothing. Pablo was my customer service representative, and either he just doesn’t care at all about customers, or he’s told by the company not to care. The product itself was mediocre at best. I’ve had far better results doing the FMD on my own. Their products are fairly salty. Only got into mild ketosis on their program. Just know if you buy from them, they couldn’t care less about you as a customer. Update: Pablo has reached back out and customer service has now improved significantly. It took a while, but they did get there. It seems they are working hard to make sure my experience is good. Willing to give them another shot. Updated from 1 star to 3 star review.
