Might as well call this PROLONG! Did the five day mimic fast, lost more than 15 pounds and still cranking along. Will def be doing this three times a year!

The five day program was not easy - foodie here - but, wow, was it beneficial for me. By day 4 I felt energized, focused, and ready to take on any challenge. I've noticed in the week following that I have fewer cravings, make better food choices, sleep soundly, and feel less overwhelmed in my daily tasks. Crazy that a reset like this made that possible but 100% credit to Prolon. I also have lost 6.5 lbs (4.5 during the program, an additional 2 in the days following). If you've never tried it, give it a shot.

i’ve done this a few times usually i do this once a year espically before a Holiday to help me reset everything and try and be healthy while away, As sometimes on holiday you can let yourself go. I am currently on day 4 today i’ve already lost half a stone in 3 days which i will try and maintain afterwards. Some of the soups are really nice i am on prolon 2 programe i prefer the soups and the choc bar tasted like olive oil was so creamy and well textured. I loved the black bean soup my favorite i wish we had more options to choose which soup we would like and yes even if we can have a shake instead which will be useful. i will try and do another fasting reset in another 3 months. have 2 more days! and yes i am very tired i didn’t sleep well on day 3 i was thinking about food to much hopefully i sleep better this evening

I love prolon but this time around I felt the variety of soups I received were too much the same and they never have been in the past. Also, after all this time on the market I would have thought by now you would have come up with a better recipe for the l-bar. It tastes terrible and I have a hard time ever finishing one. The soups are also just too difficult to break down. It takes longer to heat the soups up and dissolve them fully than it does to make soup from scratch.
