ProAudioStar Tracking Order Status

It turns out I purchased the wrong guitar for me. After requesting a return, ProAudioStar responded without delay, kept communications open, arranged a RMA and label. Once received they quickly issued a full refund with no additional charges. Outstanding service!

I ordered a relatively pricey new guitar which they shipped in brand new unopened box condition. Upon opening the box and included case and examining the guitar I identified what I felt were manufacturer’s defects, and requested to return the guitar for a refund. After I wrote to them with attached photos they promptly sent me a prepaid shipping label, and issued a full refund two days after they received return of the guitar, no hassles.

I ordered a used guitar. The guitar I recieved was not just used but also damaged. No damage to the carton. I can deal with used but this was more than that. I sent it back. No acknowlegment that they recieved it. I talk to a rep and he said they got it and it takes 2-3 weeks to process. That means I wont see my money for a month or more. They sure took my money fast enough. Then when i told him I would put this in my review he hung up. I gave them 2 stars cause this is the 3rd guitar I have bought and only one with issues. The problem is their return service. Dont buy used you dont know what condition it will be in. They will send you a broken guitar and hope you keep it and fix it.

Previously, I've ordered gear form Musicians Friend and Sweetwater. This time I was looking for a Squier CV Starcaster. PAS had the guitar offered for $130 less than those two! It arrived in short order and was very well packaged. The service rep with whom I placed the order was very helpful. I will certainly consider them in the future. I'm sorry to hear that some of you had a negative experience. To PAS Customer Service - I hope you carefully read and consider the negative reviews. You need to make sure that any mistakes you might have made are never repeated. Remember, the customer is always right!

I've ordered 2 guitars and 2 amps from them. Great prices and super fast shipping. One amp was listed as used, great condition. It was factory sealed new for over half off the new price. Great company to buy from.
