PrintingCenterUSA did an incredible job with our Playbill for the musical. The cost was very reasonable and even the shipping cost compared to other places was low for a quick turnaround. The Playbills look incredible and of professional quality.

From the initial call I made to PrintingCenter USA, everyone (and I do mean everyone—from Bailey who answered the phone to Jazmin who answered my questions and sent me samples to Rebecca, my account representative) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The process was simple, the pricing is fair and amazingly straight-forward and the end product (which I received today) is great—every bit as good (if not better) than the local printer I have been using for years.

being a first timer at writing a book and getting it printed was quite a learning experience. Will Martin and Izaak Rivera made the printing part enjoyable and fairly painless (any pain was self inflicted). they got to practice patience helping me through the process. Thanks guys for all you did

The process to upload and proof my booklet was fairly simple and straight forward. The end result looks polished and professional. We're happy customers! My only complaint was trying to get an answer to a simple process question through the online chat feature when I was placing my order. The chat rep couldn't give me an answer and instead referred me to a supervisor for a response in 24 hours. I gave up on the chat rep and found that my question was answered on the next screen. My experience showed a serious lack of training of your employees (or very poor artificial intelligence) when they don't know the basic steps of the order placing process.
