The process was simple, the pricing is fair and amazingly straight-forward and the end product (which I received today) is great—every bit as good (if not better) than the local printer I have been using for years.

The process to upload and proof my booklet was fairly simple and straight forward. The end result looks polished and professional. We're happy customers! My only complaint was trying to get an answer to a simple process question through the online chat feature when I was placing my order. The chat rep couldn't give me an answer and instead referred me to a supervisor for a response in 24 hours. I gave up on the chat rep and found that my question was answered on the next screen. My experience showed a serious lack of training of your employees (or very poor artificial intelligence) when they don't know the basic steps of the order placing process.
