I needed a replacement Grid Assembly for FNS Filter. I read some of the online reviews but still decided to give it a try. They were offering a 40% difference and free shipping. I contacted customer service a couple of times to check on the order. They were very responsive. I received the filter package exactly as stated by the company. Great experience.

UPDATE: Maybe because of review? I was finally contacted by Pool Supply World (via email). They issued a RMA, and the purchase was refunded (over 6 weeks after I initiated the return), and they even paid for shipping. I was ultimately satisfied with the outcome. Still not impressed with customer service. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I purchased a 2" Pentair slide valve that turned out to be defective when I finally opened the box. I was delayed in inspection because weather turned cold after purchase. I notified company of defect 3 days after their arbitrary 45-day return window. They sent an email asking for details when I complained. I responded immediately, but they have not responded to repeated calls and emails and a "chat session" for more than 3 weeks. I learned that when more than half the reviews are negative, don't buy - save yourself the aggravation and money: Don't buy from Pool Supply World!

J ai acheté un ensemble de chlorination sur ce site pour remplacer le mien. Après la commande j ai lu beaucoup d avis negatifs et pensais avoir fait le mauvais choix. Bien au contraire. Le colis etait annoncé en livraison en 3 semaines. Il l a été livré en 4 jours par UPS. A l arrivée il manquait une piece. J ai immédiatement contacté le SAV qui me repondait dans la journée. Ils m ont envoyé la piece manquante des le lendemain. reçue en France, 3 jours apres. Ma piece complete était montée en moins de 8 jours et fonctionne a merveille. Je recommande le site et le serieux de cette entreprise.

While order can't be canceled even in the next few hours due to "already being shipped", they are very responsive on the telephone and waived most of the restocking fees. I recommend this company.
