PlowHearth Tracking Order Status

I want to change my review for Plow & Hearth. Customer service acknowledged the wrong sent item and are sending me the correct item. They were kind, courteous and exemplified a professional online company. And I do love their products. The online product number was incorrect - that is why I received the wrong item; however, that error was corrected. Excellent customer service.

Have always loved the items purchased from this company over the past few years. Never a problem with deliveries. Highly recommend

Ordered a rug that was not the color or the quality I expected. It was easy to arrange to send it back, but I am still waiting for my refund a full two weeks after they received the return. The reply to my inquiry was a cut-and-past stock email that was not in the least helpful. I am not likely to buy from them again if returns are this annoying. Also note that I could not leave a review--the site refused to accept it, even with ad blockers removed.

This company has a totally disorganized, confused internal system, from the order process, to the end ship, which has been time-consuming, frustrating and actually silly, at times. BUT....when all is said and done, the customer service people have all been extremely nice, helpful and eager to make things right. They’ve gone overboard to correct the hiccups and for that, I’m giving them four stars. In the end, what matters to me is honesty and integrity.

When my wind spinner broke I wrote and asked what I could do. They said because I purchased it through a third party, tv shopping network, they couldn't help me???????? It's their product with their name on it. I will NEVER buy from this company again as they have NO customer service.
