Before ordering an air shock a bot type online attendant asked if they could help with the order. So I asked if the fork (tapered) came with a crown race and star nut. They came back with an affirmation that was included. We’ll it wasn’t included just the star nut. Caused me to drive around not to find one…

The parts I ordered shipped promptly and were exactly as I had ordered. Unfortunately I decided on a different upgrade for one part. The great thing about this store is that they sent me an RMA right away no questions asked. Overall a great experience. I will not hesitate to use them in the future and recommend them to others.

I got a really good deal on this stem, purchasing was really easy, and it shipped the same day. Free shipping at $50 is a real plus. The only thing that kept me from 5 star review is that I couldn't track the shipping to anticipate when the part would arrive. However, the stem did get here in 5 days so overall it was a good experience!
