The parts I ordered shipped promptly and were exactly as I had ordered. Unfortunately I decided on a different upgrade for one part. I got a really good deal on this stem, purchasing was really easy, and it shipped the same day. Free shipping at $50 is a real plus. The only thing that kept me from 5 star review is that I couldn't track the shipping to anticipate when the part would arrive. However, the stem did get here in 5 days so overall it was a good experience!

Quick turn time and perfect fit. I purchased the XO crankset for my Mountain Bike, received in a few days, installed and rode this weekend. It was a perfect fit and nice replacement for my SRAM X1 crankset that was starting to creak. Purchased from Colorado Cyclist and I guess they are now Planet Cyclery. Price was also lower here.
