Pet Supermarket Tracking Order Status

I went to get a mate for my male parakeet and they sold me a sick bird. She is puffed out and constantly sleeps. She is eating good but I feel like she is in danger of dying. I don't know what to do all I have found online about her says she needs doxycycline. People in parakeet groups I belong to are yelling at me because I did not put her in quarantine bit I didn't feel that was necessary. I feel like they should give me some medicine to help her at least

All the people at the Amelia Island store are very knowledgeable and very nice. Brooke was great too! This is the best place to buy an animal from; all the animals have been very friendly, handled well, social, not shy or aggressive. Lastly, Alex is the best!
