Alex the store Manager at the Amelia Island,FL store went above and beyond to help our family with our needs for our Macaw Sammy and helping us purchase the ferrets and all the right stuff for our new found family members (now 4 ferrets)!! All the people at the Amelia Island store are very knowledgeable and very nice. Brooke was great too! This is the best place to buy an animal from; all the animals have been very friendly, handled well, social, not shy or aggressive. Lastly, Alex is the best! Thanks a lot Alex: you are wonderful and keep up the great work!

I've ordered a few times from here and reccomended it to friends also. The only negative comment I have is the company, on one occasion, didn't tell me an item wasn't in stock . After not receiving it I phoned the customer care line and they refunded the price. All other orders have arrived in time and the customer service team were a pleasure to deal with . I would reccomend this site to other customers . Thank you
