Perigold Tracking Order Status

Bad return experience. I ordered a few lights. One was delayed and back ordered. I could not wait, it was indicating a ship date (4) four weeks out. I canceled the order. They indicated they would have to charge me for a shipping return of $200. I communicated the product had not shipped and was not due to ship for (4) four weeks. However, they charged me anyway after our discussion. Disappointing.

Ordered two shams in different colors to get an idea of the product quality and colors. The quality was great but the colors did not work. Planned on ordering the entire set but in a different color but not after I was charged $29 to return the two pillow shams. Insane! Without the ability to check colors and quality without spending a ridiculous amount on returns, I will not be ordering from them. LOVED the product but not the return policy.

I ordered 3 of the Mercana Hollyfield 29" Bar Stools. They arrived early but only to be loaded in a box that was obviously re-used w/ chairs just sitting in them. There was no cushion, wrapping or anything to protect the chairs. I removed the stools and noted that 2 were badly damaged - scrapings from the gold trim, dents etc. I'm not sure if they were recycle chairs that someone returned, floor samples or damaged during shipping. Terrible....for the price that was paid. I worked w/ Taylor who promised to call me in the a.m. 7/16/2024 to determine how to get the chairs back for either an exchange (to get NEW stools) or a refund. I wish that I could upload the pics here just for others to see. We'll see....not good. Perigold....

Been ordering high end items from Perigold for years now and have been happy for the most part. I have spent thousands and thousand of dollars with them. I am writing this review because I tried to wrote a review on a chandelier I just purchased on their website, but I guess because it was a low start rating they did not post it. Which is the reason I am taking this resort. The chandelier I just purchased from them was 3500. It came wired incorrectly, giving my electricians alot of headache and extra work. Perigold did compensate me for this issue a bit. What I am furious about is that a couple days after I received the chandelier , they lowered the price by 1300 and would not credit me the difference . The customer service agent told me that I could return it and reorder..so stupid. it's installed already like I told her. So frustrated and mad. Frontgate always does this for their customers.osnt it always about customer satisfaction? I am so mad that I have been waiting for leather chairs since Dec which are due to come in Aug (,which were also marked in stock when I bought them!. Another strike against perigold).. A $5500 purchase , I canceled today. I will take my business elsewhere here on out.

In June, 2023, I ordered two vanities from Perigojd, a 48” and a 60”. The 48” Sudio Jasper arrived broken TWICE! I was told repeatedly that the 60” would ship June 12th and I could cancel without penalty until that date. On June 7th I received an email saying the vanity had shipped. When I called at 8:30 am on June 8th to complain that I wanted to cancel and has been told repeatedly that I could until June 12th, the customer service agent kept insisting that there was no record of my conversations to that effect and I would have to pay a $140 restock fee. Obviously, I’ll not deal with Perigold or Wayfair again. I intend to dispute the charge with AMEX.
