I ordered a wallpaper sample for $5. They sent me the wrong color sample. I spoke with a customer service rep who, after lots of convincing, promised me that I would not need to return the sample (a 2ft piece of paper that would obviously be thrown out upon receipt by wayfair) in order to receive a full refund on my original payment method. I then got an email with shipping instructions and was told that I would have to return it for the refund to be issued. I wrote back in the same text message conversation with customer service, asking if it was true that I needed to return it after all, and even with screenshots from the original conversation, the new customer service agent told me I need to send it back. This is all over a $5 refund for a literal piece of garbage they were asking me to return. This guarantees that I will absolutely not pay perigold/wayfair $500 for the full wallpaper order. Honestly what a tremendous waste of time and energy for a $5 refund request. Zero stars.

Bad return experience. I ordered a few lights. One was delayed and back ordered. I could not wait, it was indicating a ship date (4) four weeks out. I canceled the order. They indicated they would have to charge me for a shipping return of $200. I communicated the product had not shipped and was not due to ship for (4) four weeks. However, they charged me anyway after our discussion. Disappointing.

I ordered a sofa on Feb. 15 and it was delivered within the time-frame given i.e. approximately 3 weeks. The tracking information was available within a week. The sofa( Conrad - Four Hands) was exactly as described on the website. I did expect the top-grain leather to be a bit thicker, but I have no real complaint of the quality. I was surprised at the packaging of the sofa; it had no real protection i.e. no wood or thick cardboard protection for the corners. It was wrapped in plastic and put in a cardboard box. There was no damage, but for such an expensive sofa, I was expecting much better protection.

I just got off the phone with customer service at Perigold. I've been in customer service for 15 years....and I was so impressed by the treatment and resolution provided by Perigold's agent. Will buy from this company again and again and again. Stellar service. Shout out to Avis who assisted me. She was amazing and I'd hire her myself!!!!

I ordered a tray and it came without one of the pads on the bottom. I contacted customer support and they immediately responded and they sent out a replacement to me. They were focused on not inconveniencing me which I very much appreciate. I will buy from them again.
