Customer service is absolutely shocking. No replies to my emails and cannot get through when you call through. Still waiting on an order I placed months ago too with absolutely no correspondence received.

Somehow I got a charge on my credit card from Pearsonplus. It was not the easiest way to reach a customer service representative. On time, there was no chat box for me to communicawith te the agent, ..., Finally, I could chat with an agent. From there things went smooth and she answered my questions and provided me a reference number for our conversation. She confirmed that their charge is temporary! and will be back to my card within 24-48 h. overall the experience was not as scary as some have written here, but I found Pearson a bit tricky and would not recommend it to a friend.
