Pearson is sometimes hard to navigate when things get more complicated, accessing things from other school websites, registering, renewing courses, but there customer service is extremely helpful and has definitely made up for the fact that I have had issues. In some cases I just recommend that you know what your problem is before you ask for help. They have a long list of issues you may need help with in their support page. I have found those to be insightful, but for most issues I've had I have needed to contact support. I first contacted Pearson because I was having a complicated issue regarding links and the fact that I entered the wrong email when first registering. They had a difficult time understanding my problem as I couldn't understand it properly myself. Once I realized that I just needed my email changed I recontacted them and they were very quick in assisting me. They are also helpful with small trivial questions. I wanted confirmation that my professor was at fault and not my purchase and they confirmed that for me. Again, just know what your issue is and then they are very helpful.
