Pearlfeet Tracking Order Status

Pearlfeet went beyond what I first expected to see that I received my purchase. They surprised me with their care about me receiving my shoes. Today they even texted me to inform me that my shoes had arrived in my country.

GOOD LUCK WITH GETTING YOUR $ BACK. Ordered shoes and other items that took long time to receive. All the items sent were wrong size and wrong items.wasn't canvas. Notified Compnay via email and requested return shipping label and full refund. Three weeks later still going back and forth on email for a full refund to no avail i went online and i found their support info which is THIS COMPANY FINALLY DEPOSITED MY MONEY INTO MY NANK they do not stand behind the products they sell, and products not even second quality merchandise Nothing like the picture!!! For me to have to give rating based on actual product I am unable to do so I never actually got the product I canceled my order right after I read all the negative reviews I sent them an email asking them to cancel and refund my money and surprisingly they did just that ASAP. I promised them I would leave this kind of review since they honored my request as far as the quality of their product I'm sorry I can't judge that.

I wrote a previous review when I received the wrong item from Pearlfeet and had not heard from customer service. Since then I did hear from customer service and received a complete refund. I donated the wrong item I received to a homeless shelter.

I previously complained dat i bought shoes from this company in April 2020 ,yah finally was delivered around September.That is a nice, comfortable leather shoe and my normal size that i wear is 7 in all made formal and casual but i ordered size 8 and dat is perfect fit to me....note dat if u buy de exact size u normally wear might b small.Please just fix u delivery duration it takes time otherwise u product is xap
