Pearlfeet – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Pearlfeet went beyond what I first expected to see that I received my purchase. They surprised me with their care about me receiving my shoes. Today they even texted me to inform me that my shoes had arrived in my country.

For me to have to give rating based on actual product I am unable to do so I never actually got the product I canceled my order right after I read all the negative reviews I sent them an email asking them to cancel and refund my money and surprisingly they did just that ASAP. I promised them I would leave this kind of review since they honored my request as far as the quality of their product I'm sorry I can't judge that.

Egads! I am shocked by all the negative reviews here. If I would have seen these before buying, I would probably have not done business with them. However, I did order shoes from this company and did receive them within 2 weeks as promised. I got their "outdoor hiking shoe". They are a bit snug, but still comfy. They are light weight and seem kind of cheap. I don't think I'd do any heavy duty hiking with them, but for everyday wear they are fine. We'll see how long they last. Not sure if I'd buy from them again, given the fact that it doesn't seem like returns or refunds are possible. I was amused by most of the 5 star reviews here. It's pretty obvious by the wording that they are fake and probably translated from Chinese. Kind of like when you buy an imported product and the directions are translated to English verbatim.

I ordered my shoes before reading any of the reviews, and then read the reviews and got scared that they would either never come in or be way too small if they did. So I was extremely happy when they came in, right in the time frame that the website told me they would and the exact size I ordered. They are perfect. I will order again with confidence.

Thank You so much for our timely order, we received our 4 pairs of shoes on time, one of the shoes not that much, we send it back to the same address with complain, they immediately send it back to us and refund the money.
