I checked Trust Pilot AFTER I placed my order @ Paula Young and was worried I'd have the same experience as previous reviewers. I'm happy to say I've had excellent service from this company. I live in Canada and placed my order on 16th March and the package arrived in less than 2 weeks, which was earlier than I expected. I also emailed them for an expected arrival date and had a reply within 24 hours, so no complaints from me! I ordered a Topper and it’s gorgeous. Very happy with it.

Breezy by J Smith is a nice quality but is nowhere near the style that is pictured. Totally different. I was so disappointed. Still a loyal customer, it's a struggle to find simple wavy style, middle part, bangs...and as soon as I find a style I can live with, they quit selling it.

The wigs are fine, but you really need to be careful as customer service is awful and returns are difficult if you are in Canada. And check your charges! I paid with Paypal and a few days later an extra charge (of almost $24US) was added. I called to ask why. They said that they charge more for shipping to Canada, however, the shipping method was clearly Canadian shipping and the charge was to be $7 (a savings of $16.99 because of the Paula Young coupon applied, which the system accepted.) The representative said the charges I agreed to were estimates, but there is no indication of estimate on the final invoice or on the initial checkout webpage (just on the cart page before you put in an address). When I said there was no indication of estimate on the invoice I was viewing, she said I was lying and hung up on me! I was upset, but not yelling or rude. I put in a dispute through Paypal and the extra charge was reversed. This is not a one off as I re-did it and saw that once again the system accepts a “free shipping” code to reduce the shipping charge (although still extra for Canada), but then they put in an extra charge later with no explanation or consent. Also, I checked a previous purchase and found they had done it before but I missed it.

I placed an order on 9/5/22 (holiday) and as of today the order is "in the warehouse ready for shipment". The website states most orders ship within 24 hours. I called to cancel and they stated because it is "in the warehouse ready for shipment" they are unable to cancel. Also, when I visited the site to place the order I received a "welcome email with a 20% discount code", yet when I placed the order with that code the discount wasn't applied. So if I want to return the items upon receipt I'll have to pay to return them and if I refuse the order then I'll be charged a restocking fee. What a racket!!! In addition right after I placed my first order and before I even received confirmation of the charge, I started getting emails with "special offers" etc.
