I checked Trust Pilot AFTER I placed my order @ Paula Young and was worried I'd have the same experience as previous reviewers. I'm happy to say I've had excellent service from this company. I live in Canada and placed my order on 16th March and the package arrived in less than 2 weeks, which was earlier than I expected. I also emailed them for an expected arrival date and had a reply within 24 hours, so no complaints from me! I ordered a Topper and it’s gorgeous. Very happy with it.

I just received the Dance wig #A2070 in soft pewter. I could not be happier! I have 5 or 6 other PY wigs, and this is the best one by far. I took it out of the box, shook it very gently and placed it on my head. It fit perfectly and looks very natural. It was hard to tell in the picture if it was a rooted color or not, meaning there are dark roots at the part, but I was glad to find out that it was! Also, if you like lots of flippy layers in the back, this is your wig! The sides are shorter "flips" and could be a bit longer, but over all, it is perfect!

Purchased ZARA wig 56/ 60. The shade matches my hair exactly 💯percent. Luv the cut and style and the lace front. She can be pulled back with a Barrett, bandana,headbands. She's perfect I give her a 10+++ Highly recommended for a purchase

PY wigs are very good value for money. I compare them favourably with high-end basic cap wigs. They are well made, lots of hair, no wefts showing, nice ear tabs and often have Velcro adjusters. They fit well, are true to size. You’re not getting a $300 wig, but you aren’t paying anything near that, either. Great colours and styles. They could really improve how they deal with disputes though. And you’ll never know if you have a credit with them, they don’t notify you, or allow you to access or claim it easily. Their international shipping charges are brutal. Tidy up customer service and it would be a good company to deal with.

Paula Young wigs are fantastic! Especially for the money! I have over 100 wigs, most between $150 and $250. Sadly for me I didn't take a chance on PY until I had spent a small fortune on more expensive wigs. More expensive doesn't always mean better, just different. PY has alot of basic cap wigs without all the bells and whistles that not everyone needs all the time. I am one of those people. When I am just running around the house or gardening, running to PO or store real fast a basic cap I can throw on and out the door is perfect. That said some of my favorites are basic cap wigs. Now you can still buy lots of more expensive basic caps but why would you want to when the cap, color, styles and hair fibers are awesome on PY. Give PY a try, you won't be sorry.
