Passion Planner Tracking Order Status

Loyal customer for years thank you for your recent help

I've been looking for a life planner for a while & have heard good things about this company. For me £45 to spend on what is effectively a diary with bells on, is quite a lot, but I saw there was a sale on and was looking forward to planning so added stickers & highlighters to my order too :-). The shipping fees stopped me in my tracks - £14 (to the UK), why? I unfortunately won't be ordering now as I can't justify the shipping and will look at another life planner that is similar. I hope the shipping fees are reduced as I would like to try this one, maybe next year.

Long time customer here to say this is a great company with great products! I've had at least 5-7 planners & loved them all. Their Support team and customer service goes above & beyond, and thus really stands out in a world nowadays where these concepts seem to be almost non-existent. Passion Planner is also generous with donations to good causes & free pdf downloads on the website as well. This is a company you feel good supporting and helpful, beautifuly, well designed products you'll love!

My planner arrived and is just what I was hoping for. There happened to be a shipping delay so I contacted customer support where Fenella was extremely kind and helped me track down my wayward planner. This is my 4th planner and I'll certainly order more, especially since you employ staff like Fenella. Thanks again!

There was a mix-up in the planner I ordered and the one I received over the weekend. I sent an email to Passion Planner support and Clint replied the next day. He was really validating and clear on next steps. I really appreciate that he offered the option to give it to a friend or how to recycle it. In general I really love the company and culture they've built and how much it radiates in all they do, including how employees interact which shows their care and excitement.
