Their Support team and customer service goes above & beyond, and thus really stands out in a world nowadays where these concepts seem to be almost non-existent. My planner arrived and is just what I was hoping for. There happened to be a shipping delay so I contacted customer support where Fenella was extremely kind and helped me track down my wayward planner. There was a mix-up in the planner I ordered and the one I received over the weekend. I sent an email to Passion Planner support and Clint replied the next day. He was really validating and clear on next steps. I really appreciate that he offered the option to give it to a friend or how to recycle it. In general I really love the company and culture they've built and how much it radiates in all they do, including how employees interact which shows their care and excitement.

Getting things worked out was great. Yet, there's some glitches in your offers...or maybe some things that might work better. Nevertheless, the customer service was swift to make things right - and ultimately that is what matters.
