Parrot Tracking Order Status

Super happy with my Drone (ordered Anafi) – Easy to handle, great camera and very light!

Deceivers. Liars. Very bad professionalism. I bought an Anafi Extended that by failure landed in an inaccessible place. I complained to them, shared all invoices, riding data and they gave me the reason in writing by email. However, Parrot Europe started to deal with the case, they asked to send everything they still had of Anafi Extended with the exception of the drone and after sending it disappeared. They don't respond to emails anymore and took what I had left of the equipment. Horrible brand with very weak and low behavior. UPDATE: the brand contacted me, not cause of this review and sent me a new PARROT ANAFI EXTEND. Still have to configurate and try it out.

Sono un cliente molto affezionato ai prodotti di questa azienda, i droni parrot sono a mio avviso i migliori semi professionali. Ne ho acquistati diversi (3 Bebop2 e 3 Disco). Mi divertono molto e sono unici nella loro semplicità e per le loro caratteristiche, è vero ho rischiato più volte di perderli ma fin'ora li ho sempre portati a casa.

Flower Power est caractéristique des produits Parrot : une belle idée, un service après-vente en anglais, des défauts et au placard. Leurs capteurs Bluetooth d'une vingtaine d'euros fonctionnaient plutôt bien dés 2013 et surtout profitaient d'une base de connaissances très riche : tout le monde pouvait avoir la main verte. J'en ai eu 6 à un moment donné. Remplacés par le Pot vers 2018, à plus de 160 €, que j'ai eu la possibilité d'acheter aussi. Puis le service a cessé au fur et à mesure et a complètement été arrêté en 2019, malgré les promesses de Parrot.

Je vais malheuresuement confirmer les dire. Un anafi à899 euros acheté le 22 juillet. Joli appareil mais petit soucis de connexion. Demande au SAV. Si la réponse est rapide 24 heures (enfin) le language à ma surprise est en anglais. Donc Parrot pense que tout le monde parle une autre langue en France pour une entreprise française. Donc je vais le retourner et acheter chinois, au moins j'économise pour le même service .... A méditer monsieur Sedoux pourquoi vous perdez des clients.
