Very difficult to find the item code, Poor explanation of the paperwork required

Fast and hassle free. However, I couldn't find out how to book a pallet delivery on the pallet section, so it came without a pallet, as I had to resort to large parcel. Driver was friendly and helpful, everything else was fine.

Good value but website is not self explanatory. It refused one of my parcels without telling me why. So I had to guess and ended up taping two parcels together to get it to work. Payment very simple

So easy to arrange a delivery of a parcel, it was picked up on time, receipt given and through the tracking app was able to follow its journey to the destination. Very impressed and would certainly use this service again.
