Fast and hassle free. However, I couldn't find out how to book a pallet delivery on the pallet section, so it came without a pallet, as I had to resort to large parcel. Driver was friendly and helpful, everything else was fine.

So easy to arrange a delivery of a parcel, it was picked up on time, receipt given and through the tracking app was able to follow its journey to the destination. Very impressed and would certainly use this service again.

I had a weighty awkward parcel other couriers wouldn't touch but parcel force were no problem and they even picked up from my house. The price was at least as good as others would have charged. I love the home collection its brilliant. Well done parcel force, your now my go to carrier and very competitive too. Keep it up.

This was originally booked with EVRI who failed to pick up the parcel. Rebooked it with ParcelForce and it was picked up, label provided and tracking shows it will be delivered within 48 hours.
