Avoid. The quality and presentation doesn’t live up to the price (or anything like the price). Ordered a bunch of different monogram notecards. The paper quality was poor and they didn’t come in any kind of box or packaging - literally thrown in the cardboard mailer box with no protection or wrapping. Contacted the company and they couldn’t have cared less. Annoyed I didn’t check reviews before ordering. Updated: doesn’t their reply say it all? For $150 of notepaper they can’t put it in a box or tissue paper and think it’s ok to shove it in a DHL box with no wrapping of any kind? And no response to awful quality. And no order to return. Thanks for nothing.

Order fulfilled and delivered quickly. However, the card quality was terrible. Printing was dull and streaky, despite high resolution photos being uploaded. For a premium price I expected much better quality. Complaint resulted in a mere 20% refund or replacement card. In the interests of not wasting materials I opted for the refund.

It might be worth saving your customers work, or letting them checkout as a guest. I’ve purchased previously, and was sent an incorrect item. It was quickly replaced, so I had no issues with this. This is the only reason you’ve gotten two stars and not one. However, I’ve just tried to generate a valentines card, spent about 20 minutes editing it, tried to check out and the website tried to force me to log in. Now, I don’t know my password, and instead of letting me check out as a guest, you’ve deleted my work so I’d have to start again. I think I’ll just order my card from elsewhere.

Delivery was easy. Good communication. Beautiful designs and the customisability is wonderful. However, do not buy their notebooks if you want to use pens or any kind of ink - they totally bleed through and render the page after unusable. Very disappointing as I bought a blank journal to use for the year and I won’t be able to do any full page spreads, nor will it look clean and many pages will go to waste.
