What excellent customer service! After buying a planner for my daughter for Christmas, she realized that she had asked for the wrong type. We did not expect to be able to exchange a personalized item, but the company went above and beyond our expectations to allow her to receive the item that she had actually wanted. Many thanks to our customer service rep for his patience and kind assistance.

My diary arrived with the pages a bit distorted due to wet packaging. Natalie went above and beyond to make sure that I not only got the replacement, but had the option of a personalised hardback version too. Lovely experience.

Words lose meaning when trying to explain how amazing Papier is! I ordered a set of stationary for a bridal shower (menus and place cards). I personalized these items myself. When editing them, I was unaware how small the font would show up on a physical copy- so when I received my order, I quickly realized myself and no one else would be able to read them! I immediately reached out to Papier letting them know of my issue, and that there was no fault on their end. They were so generous and kind to credit me in full for my order so I can re-edit and get new stationary with an increased font size. I truly was blown away by this- because this was a mistake I made, not Papier. Yet, they took it upon themselves to make it right for me. I will forever use Papier for any stationary needs I have. The support from customer services (Andia) was excellent. I was unsure if I had placed my order correctly and she was able to go through it with me and confirm all ok. This morning my 2025 diary arrived, what a joy! Packed beautifully and the diary is just outstanding, quality of paper, format, design and personalisation all make for a great product.
