Oysho Tracking Order Status

Au début de la création de cette marque la qualité était au rendez-vous mais malheureusement plus maintenant. J’ai acheté 1 ensemble à 90€ pour que au final après quelques lavages ça a rétréci les manches et ça a boulocher énormément. Très déçue de la qualité car l’ensemble paraît de très bonne qualité quand ils ne sort pas du magasin.

I purchased many times from oysho both in store and online. Products really looks nice and flattering, but with the 1st wah ( completely stick to the instructions given) it fade and the colours are not vibrant any more. I tried their modal fabric, and linen, so sad that they don't care for the quality of their products and frustrated their potential longtime customers

Tras años preguntándome cuándo volverían las preciosas colecciones de pijamas y ropa interior, hoy he encontrado la noticia de que el año pasado decidieron centrarse únicamente en ropa deportiva. Estoy muy decepcionada y triste. Nunca tendremos la opción de volver a acceder a esas maravillosas prendas, bien realizadas y estéticamente preciosas. Adiós a los osos amorosos, Mafalda, Snoopy e infinidad de prendas que aún sin tener personajes tan reconocidos, nos hacían vibrar el corazón y la cartera. No a todos nos gusta comprar mala calidad barata en las actuales opciones a distancia chinas. Sinceramente opino que es un desacierto. Y no es que no me interese la ropa deportiva, es que la de Oysho me parece bastante fea y sintética. He entrado alguna vez a interesarme por prendas como leggings y solo tocarlas me decepcionan, no hablo ya de los diseños, que encima siempre son supercortos. Las que tenemos piernas largas estamos obligadas a llevar todos los leggings como si los hubiéramos heredado de una hermana pequeña. Estoy harta de la moda supertobillera en todo. Estoy harta de la pésima calidad y fealdad que veo al pasar por las tiendas de Oysho. De verdad que echo de menos y me entristece muchísimo no poder volver a disfrutar de los productos que ofrecían hace años. Me han roto el corazón.

Truly love this brand. The design, quality and fit is always on point.

I made an order for a few items to arrive together as they were meant to be worn together / bought them as a package, but instead I got an email a few days after placing the order to say some items were not in stock anymore and that they only dispatched half of them. I would have expected to be asked if I still wanted the remaining ones, and also to be offered a voucher or discount code. I was offered free delivery which is free for anyone anyway. My first negative experience with Oysho, and it seems there is no human on the front end..
