Made two orders recently. Both times the items were delivered on time and are great quality.

I ordered a winter jacket and a warm training set. I loved all of them, but the quality of the set was poor, the material started to look broken after a couple of days. I contacted customer service, and they asked for photos, but after the conversation, I didn't get any email. I checked it here and got scared, that probably I won't get my money back. A couple of days later I contacted them again, and they told me, that I should send it back, they sent me the free return label and I got a full refund a week later. Some of their products are great and for the bad ones, they offer a solution.

Ich verstehe leider die Bewertungen überhaupt nicht, ich hatte eine Ski Jacke bei ihnen bestellt die leider nicht gepasst hat. Die Retourenabwicklung wurde super schnell und unkompliziert durchgeführt 😊
