Oxygen Boutique Tracking Order Status

Company has misleading adverts on their website so please approach cautiously. You may be hit with hidden fees that have not been advertised anywhere on their website.

Customer service was slow but ultimately good and a replacement item was sent when my original order went missing due to an errant Postman. I was slightly concerned after reading a lot of negative reviews but have to give praise for getting this sorted eventually

Ordered a Tonie during their Black Friday event which was a great deal, cheapest Tonie character that I have ever seen. Two weeks later no delivery so emailed to ask and got an email back very quickly, emailed again one week before Christmas and the company have been let done by Tonies themselves and havnt recieved their orders. Customer service from this company was great couldn’t fault it, they emailed me back on a Sunday evening. What great customer service from a small company that have been let down by a big supplier.
