Oxygen Boutique – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Customer service was slow but ultimately good and a replacement item was sent when my original order went missing due to an errant Postman. I was slightly concerned after reading a lot of negative reviews but have to give praise for getting this sorted eventually

Good selection of products. Items despatched quickly and arrived well packaged. Would definitely deal with this supplier again.

Ordered a Tonie during their Black Friday event which was a great deal, cheapest Tonie character that I have ever seen. Two weeks later no delivery so emailed to ask and got an email back very quickly, emailed again one week before Christmas and the company have been let done by Tonies themselves and havnt recieved their orders. Customer service from this company was great couldn’t fault it, they emailed me back on a Sunday evening. What great customer service from a small company that have been let down by a big supplier.

Ordered a Tonie on 28th November for a Christmas present. Although it has still not been despatched as Oxygen Boutique’s distributor are having stock issues, they have been very helpful in cancelling/refunding my order at my request. Disappointed I didn’t get my item and have since bought it elsewhere, but I can’t fault Oxygen Boutique’s customer service. 👍🏼
