OtterBox Tracking Order Status

I have had OtterBox on my iPhone for about three years and dropped it a few times with no damage. But yesterday it got a real test and passed with flying colors. I got gas and left my phone on top of my car. Then while driving down the highway ramp it fell off the car at about 40 MPH. THE PHONE SURVIVED WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE!!!!! Nothing short of amazing.

I just have to say Otterbox customer service is great! 3 year old case warranted and fast shipping on top of that!

I got my defender case for my S22 Ultra a while back; after some time the top left corner snapped & I remembered that they have a warranty program in place. I filled out the request on the May 9th and got it on the 11th! I'm from Toronto, so that may make a difference in shipping speed but the only thing I had to pay for was the shipping. Thanks Otterbox! (only case I will use)

Order would not go through thanks god after seeing the reviews

I have had my phone case for about six months now. I have the clear case for the iPhone 14. No matter what I do it stays discoloured and has been from about one month in. Secondly, it is falling apart - the line at the back where the rubber side section meets the plastic backing. There is no way to contact them.
