OtterBox – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have had OtterBox on my iPhone for about three years and dropped it a few times with no damage. But yesterday it got a real test and passed with flying colors. I got gas and left my phone on top of my car. Then while driving down the highway ramp it fell off the car at about 40 MPH. THE PHONE SURVIVED WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE!!!!! Nothing short of amazing.

I just have to say Otterbox customer service is great! 3 year old case warranted and fast shipping on top of that!

I got my defender case for my S22 Ultra a while back; after some time the top left corner snapped & I remembered that they have a warranty program in place. I filled out the request on the May 9th and got it on the 11th! I'm from Toronto, so that may make a difference in shipping speed but the only thing I had to pay for was the shipping. Thanks Otterbox! (only case I will use)

Bought a screen protector for my S23 Ultra, had issues with air bubbles so opened a warranty claim/support which was had taken a long time to get a response to. Update: Have been told the screen protector is no longer in stock but have been refunded the amount I had paid on the screen protector which is a plus and have updated my review

Ordered 2 otterboxes and 2 screen protectors. The cases showed up fine but 1 glass protector was cracked. Customer service took care of it hassle free. The cases are best on market imo
